Really, I think it is a general sysadmin question and I think there is a lot of documentation and study that can prepare someone for this situation (file system full). This problem (people running sendmail as an ISP without knowing how to really admin sendmail) _is not_ specific to FreeBSD or FreeBSD ISP.
