Greater than, as in 15.0.
For ZFS, the file system must be specified as case-sensitivity=insensitive
when the file system is created with "zfs create". You cannot adjust the
knob after file system creation.

ps: I'm not conversant w.r.t. ZFS or internationalization, so I cannot
      help w.r.t. what case-insensitive means for non-ascii.
      "man zfsprops" may give you this information?
