hmm. sigh. it also looks like freebsd is moving from .tgz to .tbz
files.  did i miss this announcement somewhere since it appears
that large chunks (all of?) packages-4-stable are being redone
into .tbz

how will this affect previous installations (4.X where X < 6) which
are symlinking their package trees back into 4-stable for remote
installation purposes ?
