The Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B (aka the "Centrino WLAN") works fine here on a T40 with Bill Paul's NDISulator: ndis0: <Intel(R) PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter> mem 0xc0200000-0xc0200fff irq 6 at device 2.0 on pci2 You need a very recent -CURRENT, though, the NDISulator is not in 5.2-RELEASE, AFAIK. I've listed the steps to get it working on my T40 page: <http://mailbox.univie.ac.at/~le/thinkpadt40/>. regards, le -- Lukas Ertl eMail: l.ertl@univie.ac.at UNIX Systemadministrator Tel.: (+43 1) 4277-14073 Vienna University Computer Center Fax.: (+43 1) 4277-9140 University of Vienna http://mailbox.univie.ac.at/~le/
