Did I miss something?  Last time I looked, csup didn't support CVS mode
(only checkout mode) and therefore there is still a need for the port.
If this is no longer the case, the man page needs updating.

Other than that, it is excellent to see this in a production (well,
almost!) branch.  Many thanks for your work!
