What is a "Super-Hardware"?
USB is an interface as another one, it doesn't really deserve a chapter,
it's not the case of PC Card and other Cardbus which should be in a
laptop part. That part already exists as a small laptop article.

With the fact that big part could grow quickly, you see why i think that
doing a big Chapter 14 is a bad idea for future evolution.

Once again, a big *thing* can be done, with many problems in future to
split it. Things about video must be added in the Handbook, ok let's
just add a video/ directory and a dedicaced chapter. With that solution
the idea of a Multimedia or other type of part will be easy to set up.
