Baio <dbaio@freebsd.org> --- The latest version of Sphinx is 3.0.2, there are a few ports that doens't build with it, e.g. the full set of LLVM, more details on bug 245629, it's not just an issue with Python 2.7 here. Sphinx 1.8 is not the latest, if we use this version, it will continue to be outdated.
