OK. Sounds like we're getting stuck asserting an interrupt during the
card's configuration. Sounds like it is pretty generic. What version?

Are you trying PCI interrupts or ISA interrupts? hw.pcic.intr_path=1
is for pci interrupts, =2 for ISA interrupts. You might try both of
these.
What kind of PCIC bridge do you have in your machine?
