What is the meaning of the following messages in the syslog file :

May  5 13:09:45 server1 /kernel: in_rtqtimo: adjusted rtq_reallyold to 2400
May  5 13:19:45 server1 /kernel: in_rtqtimo: adjusted rtq_reallyold to 1600
May  5 22:12:14 server1 /kernel: in_rtqtimo: adjusted rtq_reallyold to 2400
May  5 22:22:22 server1 /kernel: in_rtqtimo: adjusted rtq_reallyold to 1600
May  5 22:32:55 server1 /kernel: in_rtqtimo: adjusted rtq_reallyold to 1066
