Somebody reassigned 209.1.112.32 on your network to a different machine or interface and you're simply being informed of this fact. 2. You have posted an entirely inappropriate message to the freebsd-mozilla group (WTF do arp table entries have to do with Mozilla?!) and will now receive one slap on the wrist for your misdeeds.
