It means two things:

1. Somebody reassigned 209.1.112.32 on your network to a different
   machine or interface and you're simply being informed of this fact.

2. You have posted an entirely inappropriate message to the freebsd-mozilla
   group (WTF do arp table entries have to do with Mozilla?!) and will now
   receive one slap on the wrist for your misdeeds.  Please redirect all
   such postings to the more appropriate freebsd-questions mailing
   list in the future.    Thank you.
