I'm not being a troll at all, Terry. The ownership of the FreeBSD
trademark has now changed hands twice, and it is not at all clear
that the "rules" (as if there ever were any official ones) are the
same.

What really SHOULD happen is that the tradmark should be transferred
to the FreeBSD Foundation, which should immediately create PUBLISHED
guidelines for the use of the trademark. Then, people wishing to
create products including or complimenting FreeBSD will know exactly
where they stand.
