Hi again,

I got tonight's deltas here thru this e-mail system, but that caused me to remember why I can't use these things.
THEY GET BOTCHED thru the crummy e-mail system here. ;-)
And our intra-net Lotus Notes is no better.

As far as I can see, since we are solely reliant on the FTP sites, we are missing every delta from src-cur after #6291 and from ports-cur after #5222.

I just checked here at home, where we have no proxy/cache/firewall issues.

The FTP sites indeed have abruptly stopped being updated since late Monday night. They've been doing fine up until then.

So it sure seems like something is not working right from your end over to the FTP sites. Somewhere.

I'm hurting desparately to get the Puny Pentium2 updated -- it is slow enough trying to keep up, now we are going to be three days behind assuming this gets fixed
sometime Thursday. *After* we get the known ATA -current bugs fixed. ;-)

I have written-up & sent the request to get our firewall opened, but you know how govmt types are with such dealin's. I'd be doin' better waitin' for y'all to fix this. ;-)

If it's not your end, then please send this plea for help to the next link in the chain. I don't know anyone, I don't know who to contact. I'm *desparately* way behind
already. PLEASE. I said the last time this happened that the higher-ups are just loving it when 'free' systems break down like this, it gives 'em more incentive to spend
your taxes (I pay too) on massively expensive stuff that do the same things. Such is the way of thinkin' in these parts. ;-)

The msg I sent just a bit earlier should provide a clue: the subdir dates & times are being updated 'as if' a new file got put in there at the FTP sites, but nothing new is
visible. That is a clue. There are no new files there, but the subdir shows something was touched there tonight, yes after tonight's deltas were released. Whatever is
the matter, the end result is we can't fetch them deltas, they simply ain't there. Something got broke after Monday night. I'm hoping they aren't running a -current
system there because that would've been just about the time the ATA bugs showed up after the commits, bit several people including the Puny Pentium2 I'm using, only
I can't get updated, there are just too many patches to manually get from cvsweb. So I must hold everything until this CTM thing is fixed.

Thank you & everyone there for helping with this.
