Sorry for the false alarm guys. I don't know why the boot2 compile failed but it works when I rebuild the world from scratch (without -DNOCLEAN), regardless of the -O options I use in /etc/make.conf. Very odd, I guess the depend list isn't catching everything. - And to Doug: I was able to buildworld and installworld from scratch and did not hit the swapoff syscall issue you mentioned. Please email me if your from-scratch build and install continues to fail.
