I think that the ToPIC 100 may be setup correctly. However, I thought you'd be interested to know that I just recreated this hang with my corega K.K> FastEther PCC-TX card. I plug it in, it hangs after the attach in exactly the same way. This is on my Dell Inspiron 8000 with a TI PCI-4451 bridge in it.
