1.  Fetch
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.5-RELEASE/XF86331/RELNOTES
2.  Read Section 5 and figure out what parts you need.
3.  Download them.
4.  Extract them in /usr/X11R6.
5.  Run XF86Config.
6.  Run startx.
