Thats a lot. What are you doing to that poor thing? Try rebooting with

hint.apic.0.disabled="1"

in /boot/device.hints or /boot/loader.conf and see if that starts sharing
an interrupt with something else.  There's been problems of late with
"shadowed" interrupts from one device showing up on two IRQs at once.
The reason is complicated but gets near "PCs suck and its all Windows 95's
fault." :)

What do you have 'sysctl hw.snd.targetirqrate' at?
