First, I'd suggest you to ask questions specific to KAME snaps at a
KAME mailing list.  snap-users@kame.net would be the best place.

This is not so surprising since you seem not to have specified a log
level.  Please try to add the following in your pim6sd.conf:

	log all;

(though this should be quite noisy).
