Hi,

I am trying to run k3b for cd-dvd burning as a non-root user, but I keep=20
getting this error at startup :

No optical drive found.
K3b did not find any optical device in your system

As root, I chown'ed /dev/pci to 664 after which lspci (as non-root)=20
outputs the right pci configuration, but k3b keeps giving the same error.

As root, I am able to burn CD with cdrecord, but I wish to use k3b for=20
future CD/DVD projects.

Thanks for any help.
