On 10.2-RELEASE, my long-term load average is around 0.10, which may be closer
to reality because of powerd (225-1800MHz frequency scaling range). The
currently chosen timecounter is TSC and the eventtimer is HPET. Unfortunately I
forgot to note down the previous values. I can try an older kernel if needed.
