Download FreeBSD ISO 2. Check checksum 3. Burn ISO 4. Check checksum 5. Install FreeBSD from checksum checked DVD 6. login into fresh, clean installation 7. run freebsd-update fetch Exptected Result: Fetching updates Actual Result: # freebsd-update fetch Looking up update.FreeBSD.org mirrors... 5 mirrors found. Fetching metadata signature for 10.1-RELEASE from update5.freebsd.org... done. Fetching metadata index... done. Inspecting system... done. Preparing to download files... done. Fetching 4 patches. done. Applying patches... done. Fetching 4 files... gunzip: (stdin): unexpected end of file a3ce5d4f5814528d98106113848eac4df0792078a95e75c85bd05844a9147654 has incorrect hash.
