Thank you for pointing this out. In fact, the guide is not clear about them.
Moreover, the handbook in

https://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/network-nfs.html

doesn't mention NFSv4 at all. It should, instead, because the syntax for
the `/etc/exports configuration' file is a little bit different (and the
services are too), if NFSv4 has to be used. In this case, however, at least
the manpage nfsv4(4) is suitable for a correct configuration.
