After editing szscalls.master zou have to run "make sysent", this will generate the other files. You don't have to add the generates files in the patch. Please change syscalls.master on i386 and on amd64... I haven't looked at the patch (EBUSY). If it works for you please send a PR in case nobody agrees to commit it. This way it isn't lost and freebsd-emulation will get a reminding mail about it from time to time.
