Have you upgraded recently?

If it helps any, I get very similar results:
# camcontrol devlist
<IBM DCAS-34330W S65A> at scbus0 target 2 lun 0 (pass0,da0)
<IOMEGA ZIP 250 H.41> at scbus0 target 5 lun 0 (pass1,da1)
<SONY DVD-ROM DDU1621 S1.6> at scbus1 target 1 lun 0 (pass2)
<YAMAHA CRW2100E 1.0N> at scbus2 target 0 lun 0 (pass3)
I use atapicam for cd burning all the time, although recent incarnations
of burncd seem to have fixed the errors I was seeing previously, so I've
been using it less lately.
