Are you sure that the problem is SAMBA and not the printer configuration
under Unix ? The printer entry in /etc/printcap must have an item like
this:
lp|local line printer:\
:mx#0:
In order to tell the spooler that there is no limit to a job that gets
passed in (see man termcap). The default for mx is 1000 BUFSIZ blocks,
which would explain the 1m limit.
