Hi all,
I have the a problem with my adaptec aic7895p Ultra scsi...blabla... with
IBM DCAS-34330W... and the problem is that the scsi performance is very
slow... I'm untar-ing a 64kbyte file for 10seconds !!! and deleting the
untar-ed files for 7 seconds !!! I tryed with setting the 'camcontrol tags
da0 -N 64' but nothing did change.
Here is the dmesg:
ahc0: <Adaptec aic7895 Ultra SCSI adapter> port 0xd400-0xd4ff mem
0xebfee000-0xebfeefff irq 16 at device 9.0 on pci0
aic7895C: Ultra Wide Channel A, SCSI Id=7, 32/255 SCBs
...
da0 at ahc0 bus 0 target 6 lun 0
da0: <IBM DCAS-34330W S65A> Fixed Direct Access SCSI-2 device
da0: 40.000MB/s transfers (20.000MHz, offset 8, 16bit)
da0: 4134MB (8467200 512 byte sectors: 255H 63S/T 527C)

Thanks in advance,
