During the install, especially from a disk slightly out of date, would it be possible to make the install scripts read the directory entries under FreeBSD's root directory on whichever url the default comes up on and then provide a list of what is there, at that time, to allow the user to select an appropriate install tree, and then, if that is not acceptable, default to current.freebsd.org or releng22.freebsd.org for an alternate. That would get around the problem of old install disks not finding the correct or current source trees, and perhaps save some headaches trying to find the ``right'' url...... Just a thought.....
