No it doesn't. There is a patch for Maildir support on
http://www.qmail.org, though. If you don't want to recompile procmail,
there are also several maildir delivery programs floating around that you
can use from procmail. There are advantages and disadvantages to both of
these approaches.

I'm not sure that there is an easy way, although you could certainly write a
script. Delivering new mail to Maildirs is fairly trivial, but for old mail
you would have to look at the status lines added by the MUA in order to
figure out what suffix to use on the files in Maildir/cur. See

There's no reason why you couldn't use Maildir with sendmail, although I
don't know anybody who is.
