board has a number of USB3 and USB2 hubs/ports.  When I plug a USB3 stick i=

a USB2 port it shows up as 40MB/s whereas it shows up as 400MB/s when plugg=

into a USB3 port.
He should look at how his USB hubs enumerate in /var/run/dmesg.boot.  For me
some are USB3 and others are USB2 although I only have Ryzen USB3 controlle=
rs.
