Manpage of swapon last updated in Feb 23, 2000.

The BUGS section of swapon(8) manpage incorrectly states:
BUGS
There is no way to stop paging and swapping on a device. It is
therefore not possible to make use of devices which may be
dismounted during system operation.
The last sentence effectively states that swapon is useless!
