I would rather see FreeBSD stay at its present level of mass acceptance for some time anyway. Being in the spotlight has a blinding effect sometimes. Besides, the Intel/Linux announcement was good news to me. I've been most concerned about I20 being a vendor ploy to edge out the Free OS's. Having Intel (and others) help with legitimizing our field of interest is beneficial.
