This also fixes config.8 claiming that the "swap" configuration file contains definitions for `argument processing'. There seem to be no traces of arg processing except for an unused variable `argdev' in nfsdiskless.c, and in a stale comment about this variable, and in a copy of the stale comment. What was it?
