Sorry for the lack of response, the mail address 
was right, I'm just completely overloaded with work.
I'm not able to keep up reading my mail, and have a

You need both the Programming Guide (which does
not address the semantics of the configuration 
registers in necessary detail) and the data book
for the chip you are going to use.
