For the sake of consistency and easier typing,
introduce "-tunnel" as an alias for "deletetunnel".
The latter is overly long and prone to typos, but
keep it for POLA since it costs nothing.
ifvlan.c 1.8
Deprecate the useless argument to -vlandev.
ifconfig.8 1.102-1.105
Document the above changes.
Logically group vlan- and tunnel-related parameters.
