If you want to fetch the 4.4-RELEASE branch, set the line as follows: *default release=cvs tag=RELEASE_4_3_0_RELEASE Setting it to RELENG_4_3 you won't get the RELEASE, but will fetch only security patches instead. For more information on this, checkout the FreeBSD Handbook: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html []s, Conrado > -----Mensagem original----- > De: owner-freebsd-newbies@FreeBSD.ORG > [mailto:owner-freebsd-newbies@FreeBSD.ORG]Em nome de Nathan Mace > Enviada em: segunda-feira, 10 de setembro de 2001 11:49 > Para: freebsd newbies; freebsd-questions > Assunto: cvsuping stable > > > here is the revelant line in my cvsup file: > > *default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4_3 > > is that cvsuping 4.3 release? if so how do i get 4.3 stable or > 4.4 release when it comes out? thanks > > -- > Nathan Mace > > _________________________________________________________ > Do You Yahoo!? > Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-newbies" in the body of the message > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-newbies" in the body of the message
