The CVS repository machine is now running on GMT so commit timestamps will be GMT instead of PST from now on. The rest of the machines in the cluster will be changed as time permits through next week - I'd prefer to do reboots just in case some of the more arcane stuff would get confused if /etc/localtime was just removed out from under it while it was running.
