HI!

I was able to get FreeBSD to run with GNOME. The only problem I have now is that GNOME does not display mounted cdrom on the desktop, and also that I can mount the cdrom only once, and once mounted no matter that I type unmount /cdrom or umount /cdrom the message I get is that device is busy, even though I can see that the drive is not being used. How can I get GNOME to display mounted cdrom graphically so that I can simplify mounting/dismounting CDROM's

Also how do I install packages from the CD which have .tgz ending to them?

Thanks for your help,

Mike
