I'm closing this as the entire Django ecosystem in FreeBSD ports has
fundamentally changed. Django 1.8, 1.11, and 2.x are all gone; the current port
is py-django42 (version 4.2.29). The meta port www/py-django no longer exists.
The 75KB USE_PYTHON django keyword patch from 2018 targets infrastructure and
ports that are years obsolete.

If this is still wanted, please create a new issue with a new patch against the
current ports-tree.
