16bit OEM SoundBlasters used to ship with IRQ5.  Not sure if they still 
do or not.

I'd prefer to have the network card come up initially, sound isn't as 
important in a Unix to me as networking is.  If there's a conflict, the 
sound card is always the one I toss out.
