My video card is a Diamond Viper = 770. I installed X86 without any errors, and the KDE desktop starts = fine. When it loads there are no icons on the toolbar. The icons on = the desktop are black, and when I open up a text editor and type = anything, the only output is || ||||||| |||| || |||||| |. When I shut = down my x server I receive the following messages: "PID not found", and = "KCharset, wrong characterset!". I have successfully setup x86 before = on another box without any problems. Any and all help would be greatly = appreciated.
