I don't think I can manage this.  I don't suppose anyone who has a
copy would be willing to fax or mail me the semaphore-related section?

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be anything other than the
function prototypes in this header file.  It seems that no-one's
gotten around to implementing the functionality (and I'm not
volunteering).

I've just downloaded it and checked - it doesn't do any semaphore tests.

This sounds promising.  Does anyone have the appropriate contacts to
approach SCO?  I suspect that an approach would be better made by
someone able to speak on behalf of the FreeBSD Project.
