Works great 
The patch didn't apply I think there is a "data32"
in the patch that isn't in the mpboot.s file
but when I applied the patch manually an added the data32
the kernel built fine and boots both cpu's without a problem.

although mptable still causes a panic :

panic: pmap_enter: attempted pmap_enter on 4MB page
mp_lock = 00000002; cpuid = 0; lapic.id = 00000000
boot() called on cpu#0
