Since nobody else have spoken, I'll share my personal experience. I own the Hauppage Win/TV with stereo, Text TV and radio (PAL version. Judging from their web page, it's the model 418). Once i managed to add support for this version of the card to the driver, it's been working flawlessly. I have no experiences with other cards, but I can only recommend this one. Having the radio present is very nice. Before you shop you'll want to make sure that your graphics card support PCI-PCI transfers to it's memory (I think it's called DirectDraw support). If you are interested in TV cards, you will want to listen in on the freebsd-multimedia mailinglist.
