Log:
1. Don't copy /etc/services onto the boot floppy - it's huge!
Just tack in the entries we want.
2. Replace ncftp with ftp on root.flp; it's easier to use in this
context and less fussy about missing passwd files.
3. Also put tip/cu back on the root floppy. We certainly have the
room, and it might prove useful.
