Given the recent discussion about some relaxed handling of the commit bits (sort of: all or nothing, but seek review when in an unfamiliar area): do we really want to put someone into the X-alumni section, if this person is still active in the Y-area? From a bean-counting perspective, I understand that ports!=src, but people looking at ports-alumni may understand that a particular person may have left the project, instead of not doing something anymore in a particular subset of the project.
