Just got this at Fry's and am wondering if this is supposed to work, because it doesn't: the connect LED on the base that plugs into the PS/2 port does not light up. I can't seem to test the USB side because my -current system freezes after the ``Waiting 2 seconds for SCSI devices to settle'' with today's kernel. The mouse comes with a USB connector and a USB->PS/2 changer, so it can plug into a PS/2 mouse port. It detects as psm0: current command byte:0047 psm0: <PS/2 Mouse> irq 12 on atkbdc0 psm0: model MouseMan+, device ID 0-38, 3 buttons psm0: config:00000000, flags:00000000, packet size:3 psm0: syncmask:08, syncbits:08 dmesg also has unknown: <PNP0f13> can't assign resources unknown: <PNP0f13> at irq 12 on isa0 but that may very well be unrelated. Ideas, anyone?
