I've been running XF86 3.3.6 with WindowMaker (just updated to 0.62.1 a few days ago) for quite sometime now. Also, I'm running -current with source from Friday night. Out of the blue, this problem pops up. I was listening to a few tunes via XMMS this morning, when I had to leave. I left the app in the foreground, but not playing any music, thinking I would return shortly. After several hours, I find XMMS is still running (not playing), but all my icons had disappeared. When i fire up Netscape and drag it over to the left hand side of my screen, where all the icons WERE, they all appear again when I get the Netscape icon in that row. They disappear again once I drag the Netscape icon back to the middle of the screen. Also, they disappear once I give up control of the drag n' drop. Once I drop the icon, they all disappear; including my new Netscape icon. Does anyone have an idea what would cause, or better yet, how to get all my icons showing up as they should normally? Thanks in advance. -Otter To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
