Log:
Update lang/ruby-devel to the latest snapshot as of 2002-10-30.
FreeBSD/sparc64 fails to build this and somehow the entire OS gets
frozen while running `miniruby'. I'd appreciate if someone with a
clue could help me fix the problem.
