I learned Unix when you had to flip the power switch by hand. What's the dominant configuration of FreeBSD: desktop with USB keyboard, server with USB keyboard, or server with builtin serial port driven by IPMI? Other configurations with a serial console exi= st but I predict they are uncommon.
