I think I have found the beginning of an explanation :
when sharefolder name is initialy lowercase all works fine with the
mount_vboxvfs command

I also tried to rename sharefolder name uppercase to lowercase, the
mount_vboxvfs command make the VM reboot

 this is the first result of my research
