The sysctl is the only path that polls the relevant MSR.  Arguably the prin=
ted
output is not especially useful and perhaps something should poll the MSR in
the background.

Either way, if you're regularly hitting 95=C2=B0C something is very wrong w=
ith the
cooling in the system, I'd really encourage investigating that.
